Together we\u2019ll create a clear career target \u2013 a project\/process<br \/>\nlead or managerial position within five years after your programme, depending on your<br \/>\naims and capabilities.<br \/>\nWe offer target positions within the following units:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within Marketing, Sales &amp; Service we are looking for applicants who have a degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Within Research &amp; Development we are looking for applicants who have a Master\u2019s degree in engineering with a particular focus on: Mechanics, Automotive, Electronics, Physics, Fluid dynamics, Acoustics, Electro\/Computer Science with sound\/acoustics or Industrial Management and Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Within Manufacturing we are looking for applicants who have an engineering degree with focus on: Mechanics, Automotive, Fluid Dynamics, Optimisation, Physics or Industrial Management engineering with lean production, automation, management and advanced maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Within Purchasing we are looking for applicants who have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Engineering, Logistics or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Within Quality &amp; Customer Satisfaction we are looking for applicants who have a Master\u2019s degree in Quality and Operations Management or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Within Human Resources we are looking for applicants who have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Within Finance we are looking for applicants who have a degree in Business Administration or Economics, both degrees with a major in accounting and\/or finance<\/li>\n<li>Within IT we are looking for applicants who have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your profile<\/p>\n<p>In order to qualify for our graduate programme, you need to fulfill the following criteria and required competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree: Master and\/or Bachelor completed when the programme starts<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of three years relevant working experience prior to or after graduation<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English &#8211; additional languages are an advantage. Note that a few positions will require Swedish, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Driving license acquired when the programme starts<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead individuals and groups<\/li>\n<li>Business and results-orientated<\/li>\n<li>Openness to change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for people with courage and integrity.
